 As you can see , it is about what you have to put in the notes column as i show you the picture before . 

1. Write the heading in top of the column ( outside the box )

2 . Write the details of the notes on column number 2

3 . Jot down the specific keys the always to be used in the topic in box number 1

4. Write a short summary on the box number 3.
